Yerevan/Mediamax/. The agreement on provision of a credit line at the volume of $20mln for funding entities of small and medium business was signed by Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and “Armbusinesbank” in Yerevan today.

Mediamax reports that the means are provided for the term of 5 years. The project is being realized within the framework of EDB’s actions to support small and medium business by means of providing target credit lines to commercial banks in EDB participant countries and it is the first that the bank realizes in Armenia.

“The loan will contribute to increase in investment attractiveness of “Armbusinesbank”, which will allow the Armenian partner to attract additional external investors in prospect and will help it receive international credit ratings”, EDB press service informed Mediamax today.
