Yerevan/Mediamax/. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) declared “Inecobank” “Most Active Issuer Bank of Armenia in 2009” within the framework of trade financing program.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Inecobank” today, the bank awarding will take place on May 15 in Croatia at the annual meeting of EBRD shareholders.

“Inecobank” has been financing trade since 2005 and from tools of trade financing it offers documentary credits, guarantees and credits to its customers.

In 2007, the European Bank declared the bank the best in Armenia as to trade financing.

“I believe that “Inecobank” success is conditioned by our flexible policy. By providing tools of trade financing, the bank tries to satisfy the needs of the customers to the maximum, realizing the so called “structured financing””, Deputy Head of “Inecobank” Credit Service Vaghinak Khachatryan stated.

In 2009, “Inecobank” allocated about $4mln to trade financing, 1.5$ of which were allocated under the EBRD program.
