Yerevan/Mediamax/. State Committee for Protection of Economic Competition (CPEC) of Armenia permitted conclusion of a deal on purchasing 100% shares of “Cascade Bank” by Cyprus Investment Company “TDA Holdings Limited”.

The latter, being affiliated with Russian “Troika Dialogue” Group of Companies, is the 99.99% shareholder of “Ameriabank”.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of CPEC that the Committee approved the deal, since there were no circumstances, hindering centralization of a Group of entities (TDA Holdings Limited and “Ameriabank”) with “Cascade Bank”.
