Yerevan/Mediamax/. Following the results of 2009 fiscal year, “Artsakh HPP” OJSC will pay dividends at the volume of 100 AMD per each share or 10% of their nominal value.

Head of “Armswissbank” (market maker of the issuer’s shares) Department for Corporate Finance Arkady Pinachyan said this in an interview to Mediamax today.

He informed that entities, included in the register of the shareholders as of March 12, 2010, will receive dividends. “The prospectus of “Artsakh HPP” issue did not provide for payment of dividends following the results of 2009 fiscal year, however the leadership of the company made such a decision to demonstrate its readiness for active cooperation with shareholders”, Arkady Pinachyan stated.

He also informed that first general meeting of the company’s shareholders after the IPO will take place on April 27 in Stepanakert.

Own capital of “Artsakh HPP” as of the end of 2009 made 6bln 661mln AMD, the assets made 8bln 898mln AMD. The proceeds of the company in 2009 made 1bln 73mln AMD, the net profit – 639mln AMD. The profitability of assets and own capital of the company made 7.2% and 9.6% respectively in 2009.

“Artsakh HPP” shares were listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia on October 29, 2009. 5 962 074 shares of the company with the nominal value of 1000 AMD are included in the exchange list.
