Yerevan/Mediamax/. German “TUV RHEINLAND GROUP” Company reaffirmed ISO 9001:2008 quality management international certificate, assigned to “Ameriabank” in 2009. Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that the German organization held another yearly audit aiming at checking the compliance of the bank’s activity with the mentioned quality management standards. Representative of TUV RHEINLAND GROUP highly assessed the bank’s activity in the sphere of quality management and reaffirmed ISO 9001:2008 certificate, assigned to the bank last year. The press service noted that last year the bank carried out a number of measures, directed at improving and developing the quality management system. In particular, the process of elaborating and approving documents, regulating the bank’s activity, is completed and about 100 improvements were made in current procedures. The system of managing relations with customers was improved; a system of balanced indices was implemented, within the framework of which the goals and tasks of subdivisions and employees of the bank, as well as indices, estimating key performance indicators (KPI), were outlined.
