Yerevan /Mediamax/. 2bln 292mln 653.5 AMD, instead of the planned 2bln 591mln AMD (88.5%), entered the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia in 2009. Mediamax reports that the Head of State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre Yervand Zakharyan informed on this in Yerevan today, speaking at the news conference following the results of the year. Yervand Zakharyan stated that cadastre proceeds increased by 1.3%, as compared to the analogous period of 2008. According to him, 14292 operations on state registration of mortgage rights for real estate were realized during the year. Yervand Zakharyan informed that 9 programs, outlined by the government for the year of 2009, are fully implemented. The Committee revealed 1690 illegal buildings and structures and registered 137 183 operations on real estate registration. Yervand Zakharyan informed that the average market price for 1 square meter of real estate in Yerevan made 296 600 AMD in November, 2009, which is 10.5% less, as compared to the analogous period of 2008, and in regions the average price for 1 square meter made 73.200 AMD, decrease making 4.8%. Head of the establishment noted that in 2010 the Committee will focus on securing affordability of mortgage crediting. Yervand Zakharyan stated that reduction of mortgage prices for real estate made 57% in 2009. According to him, the Committee will carry out close cooperation with the country’s banking system to elaborate an affordable mechanism for providing mortgage credits, as well as secure repayment of provided means.
