Yerevan /Mediamax/. Chrystie Management Company, which owns 86.99% of “Armbusinessbank”, intends to become the full owner of the bank. As Mediamax was informed in “Armbusinessbank” today, Chrystie Management has submitted an application for purchasing 13.01% shares of the bank, which were put to sale by Ukrainian “Ukrprombank”.
