Yerevan /Mediamax/. "Artsakhbank" announced start of collaboration with "National Mortgage Company" (NМC) UCO and launch of mortgage loan program.

Mediamax was informed in "Artsakhbank" Marketing Department that the format of bilateral collaboration provides for issuance and refinancing of mortgage loans to purchase and repair real estate on the territory of Armenia.

Mortgage loans are issued to citizens of Armenia (residents) in the national currency for a term of 10 years, maximum sum of the loan is 20mln AMD, annual interest rate is 12-14%.
