Yerevan /Mediamax/. “VTB Bank (Armenia)” announced reduction of interest rates on mortgage and car loans.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of “VTB Bank (Armenia)”, for purchasing real estate, the bank has reduced the annual interest rate from 19.5% to 14%, and for car loans the interests are decreased from 18% to 12%.

Due to implementation of a new system of retail risk management, consideration of applications for car loans now takes no more than 3 workdays, and the applications for a mortgage loan – no longer than 5 workdays from the moment of submitting to the bank the complete package of documents.
