Yerevan /Mediamax/. In July 2009, 23 complaints against financial organizations were received in the Ombudsman’s office for financial system of Armenia, 13 of them were out of consideration according to the legislation. Mediamax was told in the Ombudsman’s office for financial system that 5 complaints of 10, liable to consideration, were received in writing. 5 complaints were within the framework of Ombudsman’s authority, however, the customers presented no claim complaints against financial organizations in accordance with the established order. Employees of the office helped to issue the claims. Letters of complaints touched payment and account operations (withdrawal of cashes via automatic cash terminal), loan contracts, disposal of property from pawnshops and insurance compensations.
