Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmRusgasprom” realized second coupon payment on its bonds (HRGAB2) today.

Mediamax was informed on this in “Armswissbank”, which is the clearing bank.

Issue volume of “ArmRusgasprom” corporate bonds makes 1bln AMD, the nominal value – 50 thousand AMD, the coupon yield – 9.5%, repayment term – 3 years. Coupon payment is realized once in six months. Bond repayment date is 07.07.2011.
