Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Fruitful Armenia” organization announced a competition of innovative projects “Fruitful Talent Armenia” in the sphere of agriculture, marketing, finances and infrastructures.

Mediamax reports that General Executive Director of Fruitful Armenia Ann-Christine Shirinyan announced this at a news conference on Thursday in Yerevan.

According to her, representatives of Armenian youth in the age range of 18-30, who know Armenian and English languages, irrespective of the country of residence, may participate in the project competition.

Ana Christina Shirinyan notes that the project aims at searching for talented representatives of the Armenian youth, who want to present revolutionary projects, directed to developing agriculture, marketing, finances, or Armenian infrastructures.

The absolute winner, as well as the winners of the first and second prizes of the competition will receive respectively 3mln, 750 thousand and 300 thousand AMD, as well as notebooks. The winner of the third prize will also receive a notebook. Two participants of the competition will receive honorable mention prizes. All the winning works will be published. The awarding ceremony will take place in Yerevan in October, 2009.

People, wanting to participate in the competition, should register, filling in the form at www.fafarmenia.org website and sending their work in Armenian and English languages to fruitfularmeniathecontest2009@fafarmenia.org by August 31, 2009. The works may also be presented in a hard copy or on an electronic carrier to the office of “Armenian International Airports” CJSC, which is located in Yerevan “Zvartnots” International Airport.

General sponsor of the competition is “Converse Bank”.

“Fruitful Armenia” is an independent non-commercial organization, which aims at stimulating development of agriculture and technologies of foodstuffs production in Armenia.
