Yerevan /Mediamax/. Awarding ceremony for winners of “I Overcome the Crisis” student essay competition, organized by Mediamax Agency and Banks.am portal, at the support of the Government and the Central Bank of Armenia, took place in Yerevan today.

The winners were awarded by the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsian and the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan.

The first place (money prize at the volume of 150 thousand AMD) was occupied by magistracy first year student of Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) Vachik Gevorgyan.

The second place (money award at the volume of 100 thousand AMD) was occupied by third year student of Artsakh State University Samvel Lazaryan.

Third place (money award at the volume of 75 thousand AMD) was occupied by the ASUE third year student Mikhael Charchyan.

Special prizes for the authors of best works were established by competition partners: Telcell payment system, “Grant Thornton Amyot” Audit-Consulting Company, “Liqvor” Pharmaceutical Company and “Armenbrok” Investment Company.

Director of Telcell payment system Aram Azatyan handed the money award at the volume of 50 thousand AMD over to magistracy first year student of ASUE Vahe Davtyan, who in terms of the general evaluation of works occupied the fourth place.

Deputy Director and Shareholder of “Grant Thornton Amyot” Gagik Gyulbudagyan handed certificates on passing 2-months’ training course in the company with the prospect of employment contract conclusion over to magistracy first year students of ASUE Anahit Khachatryan and Tamara Hovhannisyan.

General Director of “Liqvor” Pharmaceutical Company Sergey Matevosyan handed over a money prize at the volume of 50 thousand MAD to third year student of ASUE Svetlana Glichyan.

General Director of “Armenbrok” Company Aram Kayfajyan handed over to authors of all 11 best works 10 shares of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC each – the first IPO in Armenia.

Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan also handed over to the authors of 11 best works memorable coins of the CB.
