Yerevan /Mediamax/. As it was forecasted, no significant fluctuations of prices for bonds were registered and reduction of the number of deals was observed in the course of last week on “NASDAQ OMX Armenia”.

Mediamax reports that the investment consultant of “Capital Asset Management” Company Ani Vardanyan informed on this.

According to her, despite the fact that the number of deals with corporate bonds last week, as compared to the previous one, cut down, however, the total volume of the deals with bonds increased by 13.4%, making about 74.13mln AMD.

Last week, deals were concluded only on “Converse Bank”, “Shen-Concern”, “HSBC Bank Armenia” bonds and on the bonds of the first tranche of “Elite Group” CJSC. Just like in the deals, in the applications for “HSBC Bank Armenia” and “Shen-Concern” bonds purchase and sale, decrease of rates for respectively for 1.3 and 0.9 percentage points was observed. Concerning bonds of the remaining issues, there were no changes in rates registered.

According to the assessment by Ani Vardanyan, this week, the tendency, formed earlier, will preserve and there will be no abrupt and significant changes in the rates.

Touching upon the process of placement of “Inecobank” CJSC discount bond (“Capital Asset Management” is the underwriter of “Inecobank” issue), the dealer broker of the investment company Alik Arakelyan informed that the main process of “Inecobank” corporate bonds sale started last week, and as of April 23, out of 7000 placed bonds at the nominal value of 50 000, 5614 had already been sold.

“At present, there are already applications on placing the remaining part of the issue, and since today is the last day of the placement, we hope that by the evening the issue will be fully placed”, Alik Arakelyan stated.
