Yerevan /Mediamax/. Mediamax Agency received 36 works within the framework of “I Overcome the Crisis” student essay competition, organized by Banks.am portal jointly with the Government and the Central Bank of Armenia.

Works by students from the following higher educational institutions were presented to the consideration of the competition commission:

- Armenian State University of Economics (12 essays);
- Yerevan State University (9 essays);
- Gavar State University (3 essays);
- European Regional Educational Academy (3 essays);
- State Agrarian University of Armenia (2 essays);
- Artsakh State University (2 essays).

Students of French University, Russian-Armenian State University, Yerevan Agricultural University and “Haybusak” University presented one essays from each educational institution. One more essay was presented by the student of the School of Young Leaders, which functions under the patronage of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.

The results of the competition will be summed up on April 28, and the winner awarding ceremony will take place on May 5 with the participation of Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian, Chairman of the Central Bank Artur Javadian, the Ministers of the economy bloc of the government, members of Armenian CB Board and the Heads of companies, which have established their own prizes.

The best essays will be published at Banks.am portal.

The winners of the first, second and third places will be presented money awards at the volume of 150, 100 and 75 thousand AMD. Four companies established special prizes for participants of the competition. Telcell payment system and “Liquor” pharmaceutical company established special money awards at the volume of 50 thousand AMD each. “Grant Thornton Amyot” established a special prize for two students – two-month long training in the company with the prospect of possible conclusion of employment agreement. “Armenbrok” Company established a special prize for authors of three works – 100 shares of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC (the placement value of each share makes 1050 AMD). Three authors will be awarded, respectively 50, 30 and 20 shares.
