Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Grant Thornton Amyot” Company has established a prize for two participants of “I Overcome the Crisis” Competition among student essays.

The competition was initiated by Mediamax Agency and Banks.am portal, the Government and the Central Bank of Armenia. The organizers of the competition stated that the interested organizations and companies could establish their awards for students.

“Grant Thornton Amyot”, responding to the suggestion of competition organizers, established a special prize for two students - two-month study course in “Grant Thornton Amyot” Company with the prospect of later on concluding an employment agreement.

“Taking into account the priority directions of our activity, we decided to realize selection among essays, presented under two sub-topics:

- what should be undertaken by private business in order to not only preserve, but also develop its business in crisis conditions;

- what should be undertaken by banks, possessing the necessary liquidity, in order to really assist development of economy and application of non-standard solutions”, the company stated.

The dates and the schedule of the study course will be additionally coordinated with administrations of higher educational institutions.

The best essays will be published at Banks.am portal, and the first, second and third place winners will be presented money awards at the volume of 150, 100 and 75 thousand AMD. The authors of best works will meet with Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian, the Ministers of economy bloc and the members of the Board of the Central Bank.

The essays are accepted at www.Banks.am website, at http://banks.am/index.php?al=contest section.

The essays are accepted from April 7 to 20 inclusively
