Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia and Russia keep to similar stances as to the issue of overcoming the influence of the global financial-economic crisis. Mediamax reports that, speaking at a news conference in Yerevan following the results of the session of CIS Ministers of Finance and Heads of Central Banks, Tigran Davtyan stated that Moscow and Yerevan speak for elaboration of worldwide rules of game in conditions of the crisis. In particular, the Minister of Finance of Armenia noted the necessity to expand the mandate of IMF. According to him, many countries have stated their intentions to invest volume means into the budget of IMF, and CIS counties suggest simplifying the crediting terms and giving an opportunity to participate in making decisions within the framework of IMF. Tigran Davtyan informed that Russian President Dmitri Medvedev will present these and other approaches of CIS states at the Summit of G 20 in London today. He also noted that the agreement on provision of a stabilization loan at the sum of $500mln to Armenia by Russia will be signed within planned dates – in early June, 2009. Tigran Davtyan also stated that according to operative data, the tax proceeds into the state budget of Armenia in March made 39bln AMD. According to him, after reconsideration of revenue and expenditure part of the budget, “the sum exceeded the planned index for March, which inspires with certain optimism”. Tweet Views 12266
