Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Unibank” announced about replenishing its authorized capital stock for 3bln AMD.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank”, as a result, the authorized capital of the bank made 8bln 599.7mln AMD, the total capital – 11.5bln AMD.

The decision on increasing the capital was made by the shareholders of the bank in late 2008, the press service noted.
