Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Unibank” connected three more regional branches – “Abovyan”, “Artashat” and “Etchmiadzin”, to the online service system.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank, all in all, the head office of “Unibank”, 12 Yerevan and 7 regional branches are connected to a single database. It is planned that by March, 2009, the online service system will cover the entire branch network of the bank.

The press service noted that due to the launch of the online service system, the customers of the bank are provided the opportunity to realize banking operations in any branch, irrespective of the initial service address.

The customer may receive a money transfer to Armenia by “UNIStream” system in any branch of the bank, connected to the online system, irrespective of the address, mentioned by the sender.

The works on implementing online system in “Unibank” were initiated in July, 2008.
