Yerevan /Mediamax/. Starting January 26, 2009, nominal coupon bonds issued by “Shen-Concern” CSJC have been included in Bbond list of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex).

Mediamax notes that on January 19, 2009, this fourth issue was admitted to trading on the free C market of Armex.

As Mediamax was told in Armex press service, the increase of the status of the bonds occurred based on “Shen-Concern” Company’s request, as the company complied with all requirements set for Armex’ Bbond list.

A total of 60.000 bonds of the company at the nominal value of 10.000 AMD each and coupon yield of 11% p.a. were admitted to trading. The issue is due for redemption on December 2, 2011. The bonds are assigned SHNCB4 ticker symbol.
