Armenia to Host HIF Yerevan 2025 International Investment Forum

The Hospitality Investment Forum Yerevan 2025, the leading professional platform in Armenia for discussing the development of the hospitality industry, will take place in Yerevan on June 18.  

The forum is designed to catalyze investment, foster strategic partnerships, and promote sustainable development, positioning Armenia as a competitive destination in the regional and global hospitality landscape. HIF Yerevan 2025 is organized by Stone Development. There is no participation fee, but prior registration and approval are required. 

HIF is taking place in Yerevan for the second consecutive year, with YHIF 2024 resulting in the signing of two major investment agreements. HIF Yerevan 2025 will shift its focus toward launching new hotel projects, the development of resort real estate, attracting strategic investments, implementing innovations, and integrating sustainability standards.

Business leaders from the U.S., UK, France, UAE, Russia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Qatar, Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Oman, and other countries representing some of the world’s leading hospitality networks will gather to explore investment opportunities in Armenia’s growing hospitality sector.

The event will feature opening remarks and a keynote speeches by the RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, the UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia Françoise Jacob, special guests include Amir Ali Salemi Zadeh, CEO of JTA International Investment Holding, and Sérgio Guerreiro, Chairman of the Tourism Committee of the Organization for Economic Co–operation and Development (OECD). Their speeches will focus on global trends in international cooperation, strategic investments in the hospitality sector, attracting long-term capital, and supporting sustainable growth.

The participating agencies include the RA Tourism Committee, UNDP in Armenia, the World Bank (WB), International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and other leading international business associations and industry organizations. 

General partners of the forum are:

●    Ameriabank, a leading financial and technology institution in Armenia, the largest lender to the Armenian economy 

●    Cushman & Wakefield, a leading hotel advisory firm in CEE delivering strategic real estate solutions

●    Myler Mountain Resort, a modern ski complex and one of the largest long-term, multi-phase tourism development projects in Armenia

●    TK Elevator (TKE), the world’s leading German elevator and escalator manufacturer (formerly ThyssenKrupp) represented in Armenia by BASSEN, the official and exclusive distributor.

Forum’s strategic partners are Aimbridge, AIM Foundation, Green Rock, IDeA Foundation and Stellar Hotels.

Representatives of Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham international hotel chains, experts from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), alongside delegates from investment funds, banks, architectural firms, consulting agencies, and tourism companies exploring project opportunities in Armenia, are among the participants. 

The Hospitality Investment Forum Yerevan 2025 will serve as a practical platform for launching new projects, fostering business partnerships, and showcasing Armenia’s investment appeal.

The official working language of the forum is English, with simultaneous interpretation provided in Armenian and Russian.
