A few days ago, the course phase of IDBank’s IDream educational program has started. In 2024, IDBank reflects on the successful outcomes of the IDream programs, which welcomed 37 new students who completed their training and joined the bank’s team.The bank reported that the IDream program empowers young individuals to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in sales and service, along with valuable skills in banking.Since its start in 2019, this educational program organized by IDBank has enriched the bank’s team with around 300 emerging professionals who have begun and continue their careers at IDBank.The program aims to equip new specialists with foundational knowledge of the financial and credit sectors, develop essential skills for entry-level banking roles, and introduce participants to the bank’s operations and corporate culture. Additionally, it seeks to fill entry-level positions with the top candidates from the program.According to Sona Manucharyan, IDBank’s Director of Human Capital Management, the 12th and final IDream program of this year began on October 16, featuring 30 participants. “Students will continue their studies until the end of the year, and the top performers will start working in January. We plan to announce the next IDream program in January or February of next year. IDBank conducts 3 to 4 IDream programs each year.”In 2024, out of 50 students in the program, 37 were hired by the bank.
