Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Areximbank” announced today the opening of “Private Banking” branch in Yerevan to provide services to large corporate customers.

Mediamax reports that, speaking at the branch opening ceremony today, General Director of “Areximbank” Armen Khandkaryan informed that the bank has formed a group of large customers, who need individual approach.

The branch is located in the building of “Erebuni Plaza” business-center and will start functioning in late January – early February, 2009.

Armen Khandkaryan noted that among large customers of the bank are “ArmRosGazprom” and “Electric Networks of Armenia”, adding that in 2009 the bank intends to attract all companies of the country’s energy sector as customers.

The logotype of the sole owner of the bank – Russian “Gazprombank”, is used in the new branch of “Areximbank”. Armen Khandkaryan informed that the given logotype will from now on be used as the official logotype of “Areximbank”, and in 2009, the bank will be renamed into “Gazprombank-Armenia”.
