Yerevan /Mediamax/. Issue of “Ardshininvestbank” corporate bonds at the volume of 1.5bln AMD is fully placed.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank, the bonds were purchased by 154 investors, 121 of which were individuals, and 33 – legal entities. Only 2 investors out of 154 were non-residents.

The press service of the bank informed that, taking into account the successful process of the first placement, the bank plans to realize the second issue of bonds in 2009.

The bank itself is the underwriter of the placement. The nominal value of the bonds makes 10 thousand AMD, the quantity – 150 thousand bonds, circulation term – 12 months, the annual coupon yield – 10%.

Investments of individuals into “Ardshininvestbank” bonds are considered banking deposits and are insured by Armenia’s Deposit Insurance Fund.
