Baker Tilly Armenia starts 2024 with the announcement of significant appointment of Mr. Gagik Gyulbudaghyan as Chairman of the Board.

Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has had a distinguished and impactful career path with major Auditing and Advisory companies in Armenia and internationally.

Gagik Gyuludaghyan built and operated successful professional services firms and achieved revenue and profit targets in complex and emerging markets. Mr. Gyulbudaghyan created vibrant regional teams and drive high strategic change agendas. He is a strong motivational and transformational leader and mentor, developing and leading high-performance organisations.

Mr. Gyulbudaghyan is the Honorary Consul of Denmark in Armenia as well as member of the Board at American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and member of the Board at Union of Manufactures and Businessmen of Armenia (UMBA).

Now Mr. Gyulbudaghyan assumes the responsibility for leading Baker Tilly Armenia CJSC.  Baker Tilly Armenia has scored numerous successes during the long years of its fruitful activity, it has made a significant contribution to the development of the professional services sector in Armenia.
