Grant Thornton Armenia announces about the appointment of Armen Hovhannisyan in the role of Chairman of the Board, effective January 1, 2024, succeeding Gagik Gyulbudaghyan.

The company said that the newly appointed Chairman of the Board, Armen Hovhannisyan, is one of the leading experts in the field of audit and accounting for financial organizations. Since 1998, he has led the relevant department at Grant Thornton Armenia, concurrently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and since 2020 he is the CEO of Grant Thornton CJSC.
