Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Armeconombank” participated in Russian national “Role and place of a corporate secretary in modern companies” forum, which took place in Moscow on November 11-16.

As Mediamax was told in Marketing Department of “Armeconombank”, the main aim of participation in the forum was to get acquainted with the Russian practice of corporate governance.

Member of “Armeconombank” Board, Secretary of “Armeconombank” Board Simonyan Hakobyan, who participated in the forum, presented the corporate governance experience of the bank.

The forum was organized by the National Council on Corporate Governance of Russia and “Shareholder Society: Corporate Governance Issues” magazine.
