Yerevan /Mediamax/. “BTA Invest Bank” CJSC is renamed into “BTA Bank” CJSC##.

Mediamax was told about this in the press service of the bank.

“On October 31, “BTA Invest Bank” CJSC gained the official permission of RA CB on being renamed into “BTA Bank” CJSC. The Central Bank registered the regulations of “BTA Bank” CJSC in its new edition in connection with the increase of the authorized capital stock of the bank and the renaming process”, the press service of the bank informed, noting that the bank has realized an additional issue of shares at the volume of 1bln 220mln AMD.

The logo of the bank also underwent changes: it will consist of two crossing squares of pistachio and red colors.

BTA Bank is the strategic partner of one of the largest banks of Kazakhstan –“BTA Bank”, which owns 48.8% of shares in the authorized capital stock of the Armenian bank.
