HayPost is enhancing the service speed and starts implementing the mail exchange in Yerevan city three times per day, instead of one time implemented before.

The company said this makes it possible to send an item handed over before 12:00 of every business day in Yerevan city and to receive it on the same day from another post office of Yerevan.   

“The acceleration of mail exchange speed is very significant in our work. By increasing the number of routes from 8 to 13, we increase the mail delivery speed by 50 percent and get a huge positive result which, no doubt, will satisfy our demanding clients in Yerevan,” the CEO of HayPost Hayk Karapetyan said.

“Thanks to the feedback and suggestions from our customers we enhance the service speed of HayPost as much as we can. HayPost moves in tune with the life rhythm, creating the possibility to send and receive items on the very same day from the closest and most comfortable post office,” HayPost Postal Business Director Inga Hovsepyan noted.

HayPost is actively working on expanding the same program in the regions. Hayk Karapetyan said after some technical re-equipment the mail will reach the regions on the next day after delivery.

It is noted that in case of sending an item in Yerevan city after 12:00 it will be available for pick up at the post office on the following day.
