In addition, this analysis allows you to form an understanding of the changes in the post-revolution real estate market on a monthly basis,” the company said in a statement.In 2021, 63,194 (31.4%) of all real estate transactions took place in Yerevan, a 24% increase compared to 2020. A significant increase in the number of transactions was registered in Armavir marz: 41.7% growth compared to the previous year. Kotayk marz is the second by total number of transactions after Yerevan.In 2021, 44.2% of purchase and sale transactions pertain to land and 29.6% to apartment buildings.
