Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Armswissbank” CJSC will place the third emission of bonds of “Valletta” LLC## on September 2-15.

Speaking at a press conference in Yerevan today, the head of “Armswissbank” Department for Corporative Finances Arkady Pinachian said that the total volume of the placement will make 500mn drams (10 000 of registered coupon bonds with the face volume of 50 000 drams). The annual yield will make 11% and the circulation term - 36 months.

Arkady Pinachian pointed out that the bonds will be redeemed partially – on 2 September 2010 and 2 September 2011, at the rate of 50% from the principal value.

According to him, “Armswissbank” intends to place 8000 bonds worth 400mn drams by an open subscription. The bank will acquire the rest 2000 bonds with the total volume of 100mn drams and place them on the secondary market.

On August 7, the announcement of the third emission of “Valletta” LLC bonds was submitted to the Central Bank of Armenia for registration in the established order. The announcement was registered on August 26.

Mediamax recalls that in 2007 “Armswissbank” placed two emissions of “Valletta” LLC bonds with the total volume of 850mn drams.

“Valletta” deals with the distribution and retail of foodstuff and household appliances. It is the owner of a branch of supermarkets, restaurants, and construction materials.
