To develop the exports of the Armenian products a new retail and wholesale multi-profile shopping center - Bukhta Yug - will open next to the main southern highways and suburban railways of Moscow at the end of the second quarter of the 2022.On February 15 the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs, in collaboration with Armenia’s Ministry of Economy, organized the presentation of the shopping center. Armenian companies represented or planning to enter Russian market attended the event. The shopping center will have around 1802 shops and pavilions where products – food, wearing, building materials, fabrics - directly from suppliers will be represented.Minister of Economy Vahan Kerboyan welcomed the establishment of Bukhta Yug. “Armenian goods can be sold in the shopping center in the Russian market, particularly in Moscow City, without unnecessary political risks. The Ministry of Economy is ready to assist in making this infrastructure very popular and successful. Still a year and a half ago we did not have such an infrastructure, as a result at some point our manufacturers faced logistical problems․ We can now work more freely, much more independently in our largest export market,” the minister said.On his part, Narek Karapetyan, First Vice Chairman of the Tashir Group of Companies, said, “During the events of July 2020, we faced a fact when Armenian manufacturers started having problems selling their agricultural products.”“The Tashir Group of Companies made a decision to create a trade zone open to Armenian manufacturers and endowed with primary rights, and today we gathered to see the implementation of the project,” Narek Karapetyan stressed. The Armenian Association of Entrepreneurs was established by Armenian businessmen to strengthen the business community of Armenia and Russia, to make the markets of the two countries more accessible to each other. The chairman and co-founder of the Armenian Association of Entrepreneurs is Samvel Karapetyan, the owner of the “Tashir” Group of Companies. Tweet Views 29613
