International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) gained the permission of the Board of Directors of U.S. Federal Reserve System to open a representative office in New York.

At present, they expect to receive the corresponding documents from the Banking Issues Department of New York State, after which the representative office will be able to officially start functioning.

Taking into account the New York office, the number of foreign representative offices of IBA will make four. Representative offices of the bank already function in Frankfurt, London and Luxemburg. The work on registration of the representative office of the bank in Dubai is in its conclusion stage.
