Yerevan /Mediamax/. European Commission started anti-dumping investigation on the facts of aluminum foil supplies from China, Brazil and Armenia##.

Mediamax reports referring international news agencies that the statement of the European Commission reads that the investigation aims at revealing possible use of dumping prices by the producers from the mentioned countries and cause of damage to European producers by them.

Mediamax notes that the Armenian “Armenal” Factory, established in May 2000 on the base of Qanaqer aluminum factory, is one of the largest industrial enterprises in Armenia and the only producer of aluminum foil in the Caucasus and Central Asia.
