Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Armimpexbank” officially announced today the conclusion of its rebranding and the new name of the bank - “Ameriabank”##.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank, “Ameriabank” will come up with a new corporate style, elaborated by the famous Identica British Agency.

“The new logotype symbolizes the first and last letters of the word “Ameria”. On the one hand, it symbolizes a start and leadership, on the other - it carries in itself ideas of growth, progress and innovation. “Ameriabank” positions itself as a “Dream team”. It carries the idea of winners, young, but experienced specialist, who form the history”, press service of the bank informed.

They also noted that “Ameriabank”, continuing the 100-year history of “Armimpexbank”, intends to occupy a special place in the banking system of Armenia, establish itself as an investment bank, simultaneously offering the whole spectrum of banking services, basing on modern technologies and international standards.

In August 2007, the shares of “Armimpexbank” were purchased by “TDA Holdings Limited” Company, affiliated with the largest “Troika Dialogue” Russian investment company. Ruben Vardanyan is Chairman of the Board of the Bank, and Artak Anesyan is the Head of the Directorate and the General Director of the Bank.
