U.S. Congressman Brad Sherman has stated that he has met Armenian Ambassadorto the USA Varuzhan Nersesyan to discuss the importance of securing a U.S.-Armenia Tax Treaty.

According to Sherman, such a document would remove barriers to the growth of U.S.-Armenia economic relations and prevent double taxation.

“I am looking forward to working with Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen to make this a reality,” the Congressman announced.
