Yerevan /Mediamax/. /. The growth of Armenia’s GDP in January-February of 2008 totaled 10,1%, as compared to the same period of 2007.

As the press service of the National Statistical Service of Armenia told Mediamax today, the GDP volume in January-February of 2008 totaled 221403.1mln drams.

The volume of industrial production in the republic in January-February of 2008 stood at 108029.7mln drams, having increased by 3%, as compared to the same period of 2007.

The average monthly salary in Armenia in January-February of 2008 increased by 22.5%, as compared to the same period of 2007, thus making 83772 drams.

The salary of budget organizations increased by 14.4%, making 58834 drams during the accounting period, and the salary of non-budget organizations stood at 105629 drams (growth – 25.3%).
