RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan met newly appointed German Ambassador to Armenia Michael Banzhaf.

According to the press release disseminated by the RA Ministry of Finance, the sides discussed ongoing cooperation and prospects of its development.

It should be noted that the importance of the programmes implemented in the fields of energetics, environment protection, small and medium entrepreneurship, as well as agricultural insurance has been highlighted.

The activities of German Cooperation organizations GIZ and KfW in Armenia were also discussed.

At the end of the meeting, the sides signed an agreement on “Financial Cooperation in 2016 between RA Government and Federal Government of Germany.
