Yerevan, December 26 /Mediamax/. Armenian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia submitted changes in their Regulations, as well as changes and add-ins into a number of rules, to the registration of the Central Bank of Armenia.

As Mediamax was told in the CB press service today, all the submitted documents are placed in the official website of the Central Bank of Armenia – www.cba.am, in the “Securities Market” section.

Mediamax recalls that on January 3 of 2008 the Swedish OMX Exchange operator will become the full owner of the Armenian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia.
