The two airports of Armenia have served 278,719 people in total in September 2018, which exceeds the indicator of the same month of 2017 by 9.3%.

In September 2018, Zvartnots International Airport recorded a 7.1% growth of passenger flow as compared to September 2017.


Zvartnots has served 262,815 passengers in September 2018 against 245,363 in the same period last year.

The second airport of Armenia, Shirak in the city of Gyumri, has served 15,904 passengers in the accountaing period. There has been an increase of 65%, as this indicator stood at 9,646 in September 2017.  

Since the beginning of the year, the passenger flow in the two airports of Armenia has been 2,151,718 people, which exceeds the indicator of the same period of 2017 by 11.9%.

In January-September 2018 Zvartnots and Shirak airports recorded an increase of 9.9% in the number of takeoffs and landings, as compared to the same period of the previous year.
