Members of the Public Council under Armenian Healthcare Minister have expressed concerns about the cooperation between the previous Armenian government and Philip Morris.The ministry said that Director of the Armenian National Institute of Health Alexander Bazarchyan reported about the draft law on reduction and prevention of negative effects of smoking on health at the meeting chaired by Healthcare Minister Arsen Torosyan.
