PricewaterhouseCoopers Armenia LLC organised Blockchain Conference at the end of December 2017.

The speakers of the conference were Torsten Thieme, Digital and Technology Leader, PwC Kazakhstan; Ruslan Gabitov, Board Member of Kazakhstan IT-managers Society and Almaty Tech Garden representative; Matt Bartelsian, Director of Business Development & Partnerships of VOLO; Ruben Markosyan, Senior Software Developer of VOLO; Alexander Harutunian, CEO of Concent LLC, Gagik Yeghiazaryan, Co-Founder and CEO of Blockchain R&D Hub; Arman Aleksanian, Co-Founder and CINO of Blockchain R&D Hub, and Dr. Aram Hajian, Dean, Associate Professor at American University of Armenia.

The speakers discussed the possibilities provided by blockchain for businesses and government institutions, analyzed the sectors of economy that could make use of the distributed ledger technology, and shared their view on the future development of blockchain technology.
