Yerevan, May 17 /Mediamax/. “Unibank” started providing lax mortgage credits for newly-married by preferential terms.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank”, the maximal term for repayment makes 20 years, the annual interest rate – 13%, the primary payment – 15%. The sum of the credit cannot exceed 35mln AMD.

To receive a credit, the newly-married should be officially registered, and should not be over 35-years-old.
