Tashir Capital, owned by Russia-based Armenian entrepreneur Samvel Karapetyan, has purchased 100% of Hrazdan Energy Company shares.

The Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia approved the corresponding deal at the session today.

“Liormand Holding Limited is thereby allowed to sell 100% (one hundred) of the shares of Hrazdan Energy Open Joint-Stock Company to Tashir Capital Closed Joint-Stock Company under the right of ownership,” the PSRC decision reads.
