On February 21-23, Yerevan hosted three-day Test the Value Chain workshop.According to the press service of Armenian Ministry of Economic Development and Investments, the event was dedicated to discussion on quality aspects of the food testing value chain.During the workshop, the parties discussed quality aspects of the value chains of wine, fish, dried fruits and natural juices production. They also touched upon EU-Armenia trade relations, internationally accredited production methods, and export opportunities.Deputy Minister of Economic Development Emil Tarasyan attached importance to such events and presented trade and quality of infrastructure policy in Armenia.The event was organised by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB).
