Artsakhbank informed that it replenished charter capital on December 26 through placement of ordinary shares.

The bank noted on their website that as a result of share placement and profitable activity, the bank’s charter capital is increased and complies with requirements of the Central Bank of Armenia.

“Artsakhbank management is thankful to shareholders, depositors and the staff of the bank for their trust and efforts,” the bank stated.
