Yerevan, February 15 /Mediamax/. By the end of February of 2007, “Unibank” intends to double its authorized capital stock, thus making it 5,6bln AMD. As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank, the Central Bank of Armenia has already given its preliminary consent to the increase of the capital of the “Unibank” CJSC. At present the authorized capital stock of the bank makes 2bln 799mln 850 thousand AMD. According to the plans, by the end of February the capital will be replenished by the new share-holder of the bank - “Uniastrum Asset Management” Ltd. By the end of the given process, the structure of the share-holders of “Unibank” will have the following look: Debban Investments Limited - 5% (279,985 thousand AMD), “Uninvest” Ltd. - 19,5% (1.091.941.500 AMD), “Evainvest” - 25,5% (1.427.923.500 AMD) and “Uniastrum Asset Management” Ltd - 50% (2.799.850.000 AMD). At present the banks has three share-holders - Debban Investments Limited, “Uninvest” and “Evainvest”, on the share of which fall, correspondingly, 10%, 39% and 51% of the shares. Tweet Views 7424
