On July 22, the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia registered reorganization of Prometey Bank Limited Liability Company into Closed Joint Stock Company.

It is worth reminding that participants of Prometey Bank announced the decision on the change of the company’s legal form at the extraordinary meeting in early July.
