Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has today received Oleg Belozyorov, newly appointed President of Russian Railways, which undertook certified operation of the Armenian railway.

“I am sure South-Caucasus Railway CJSC headed by newly appointed Director Sergey Valko will continue consistently implementing the works under the concession agreement maintaining close cooperation around prospective and mutually profitably project implementation”, said the Armenian President.

Serzh Sargsyan has thanked General Director of South-Caucasus Railway Victor Rebets for his “constructive and effective work” over this period.  

In his turn, Oleg Belozyorov has assured that he will maintain and develop the positive dynamics in improvement of the Armenian railway infrastructure; the company he heads takes big interest in it and has certain projects.
