Ardshininvestbank announced full-scale rebranding from December 24. With regard to this, Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Mr. Mher Grigoryan noted:

“As a major Armenian bank as of today, Ardshininvestbank continues its strategic development plan and the bank's rebranding campaign is carried out within this plan. Working on the new image, our goal was to reflect the bank’s basic values and philosophy in it – long-lasting practice, employment of innovative technologies and constant aspiration to exceed the expectations of our customers. Our new style is universal – it stems from principles of simplicity and convenience. It’s up to date, simple and easy to remember. The color spectrum combines colors that have been traditional for the bank over many years. The new image proves the bank’s stability and availability. We believe our customers will welcome this step – we highly appreciate their opinion. Together we are strong”.

Ardshininvestbank CJSC was registered in February, 2003. In March-May, the Bank acquired the majority of healthy assets and commitments of the then backbone “Ardshinbank” OJSC along with the latter’s branches, and in November of the same year it purchased the basic part of “Agrobank” OJSC along with its branches. However, Ardshininvestbank CJSC was not and is not the successor of the liquidated Ardshinbank” OJSC and “Agrobank” OJSC.

The Bank is one of the largest ones in Armenia with a wide network of branches (55 branches).
